Should you need to be checked-in earlier or check-out later, please contact the Front Office in advance.
Early check-in or late check-out depends only upon room availability.
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to additional surcharge and additional fee will apply

Due to hygienic reasons pets are not accepted. You are welcome to contact our Front Office staff in order to assist you for pet hotel arrangement.
All prices on www.5vintage.bg website are per room per night stay and are displayed including VAT (Value-Added Tax) and all other local taxes, unless stated otherwise on our website or in the confirmation email.
At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart earlier or prolong your stay, price is subject to change and availability.
Currently we are able to provide accommodation only in a room certain prices.
Currently we are not able to provide a bed accommodation.
Optionally you can rent a double or triple room for single use, but with no change of the room price.
Currently we have not differentiated prices for children and adults.
All special requirements are to be confirmed by the Front Officel in writing. We will do our best to accommodate any special needs you may have. Please, contact us and check the possibilities.
Unfortunately 5VINTAGE currently can not provide suitable conditions for people with disabilities or people with such special needs.
You may choose to pay for your stay with credit card or in cash.
All cedit card payments are under the current tariff of Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD
In case you are not the card holder and you wish to pay with this card, reserve the right to ask the card holder to fill in and send us a credit card charge form along with a copy of both sides of the card and signature as per bank requirements.
A valid credit card details are to be provided in order to guarantee your reservation.
In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subjected to a deductible fee. In the event of unauthorized transactions resulting from a reservation made on our website, we will not be in charge of such fees.
In order to be indemnified, please make sure that you report this fraud to your credit card provider (in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures) and contact us immediately by email email@example.com in order to discuss how to proceed with reservation.
No Show & Cancellations
By making a reservation with the us, you accept and agree with relevant cancellation and no-show policy of 5VINTAGE and to any additional (delivery and purchase) terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including services rendered and/or products offered by us and booked as add ones.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hostel's cancellation and no-show policy.
In case your reservation is for more than one overnight and there is a no show on arrival day, your reservation will be automatically released for the entire stay. You will be also charged with the prize for one night stay. You are welcome to make a new booking at the current available rates and inventory.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where a customer appears to have engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
Your Personal Information Protection
Our policy is to keep respects of your privacy. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
We will take appropriate measures to protect personal information collected against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, and keep personal information accurate and up-to-date.
By completing a booking, you agree to receive an email which we may send shortly before your arrival date, giving you information on destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including third party offers) relevant to your booking and destination, and an email which we may send you promptly after your stay at the hostel inviting you to complete 5VINTAGE guest review form.
The completed guest review may be uploaded onto the relevant hostel's information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing future guests of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the hotel. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion.
The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever.
Other than the email confirmation of the booking and the emails detailed above, we shall not send you any further notices, emails or correspondence, unless you specifically agree otherwise.
